THE MISSION
This world needs TRUTH - unchanging, powerful, proven and empowering TRUTH. There is only one place to find this: God's eternal Word. When it comes to Christian ministries, schools and churches we have learned the following: trends deceive us, traditions enslave us, but it is only the Truth which transforms us.
Transforming Truth exists to offer relevant Bible teaching that seeks to separate the opinion of man from the revelation of God. In the person of Jesus Christ, God has revealed Himself to us. Once Christ is received as Lord of one's life, then the amazing journey begins. The Holy Spirit personally continues the same work which Jesus began two thousand years ago. Where are we going, and how do we get there? The Bible is the map for life, and our Guide is the Holy Spirit. Because we have all that we need for the journey, we will discover that we are being transformed daily by the power of Jesus Christ.
Our mission is to be used by God as He works His incredible plan in the lives of the believing individuals as they purpose to both receive and give all that God intends for them. Join us on this journey: the path may at times be steep, but the end destination is settled forever.
THE TENETS
Transforming Truth Ministries is built on these foundational truths as found in scripture:
- THE BIBLE: The Bible is the inspired word of God, and revealed will of God.
- THE TRINITY: There is one true Godhead, comprised of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. All are co-equal and co-eternal. Jesus Christ is God manifest in the flesh.
- MAN: Man was created in God's image. By voluntary transgression, he fell and his only hope of redemption is in Jesus Christ.
- SALVATION: Man's only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. This salvation comes by believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead and confessing with your mouth, Jesus is Lord.
- BAPTISM: Baptism in water is a declaration to the world that a believer has died with Christ ad that they have been raised with Him to walk in newness of life.
- COMMUNION: The celebration of the Lord's Supper by eating of the bread and drinking of the cup is in remembrance of Jesus for all believers.
- HOLY SPIRIT: Every conversion into Jesus Christ includes the indwelling presence of God, the Spirit, who comes to live inside the Christian. There are additional Holy Spirit experiences which include ministry gifts, encounters, fillings and baptisms of the Holy Spirit which empower the believer to live holy lives, operate in spiritual power for ministry, defeat the enemy forces of Hell, and to live victoriously in environments hostile to the mission of Christ.
- THE CHURCH: The Church is the Body of Christ. Each believer is an integral part.
- BLESSED HOPE: All believers have a blessed hope. Jesus is coming again to gather all His saints to Heaven.
THE TEACHER
Pastor Jeff Lyle | President of Transforming Truth Ministries
Receiving Christ as his Lord and Savior at the age of 24, Pastor Jeff Lyle quickly experienced an overhaul of his life. After discovering the power of Scripture, God gave him a growing appetite for truth and he finally found what he had been looking for his whole life - a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
Pastor Jeff has been in full time pastoral ministry for over 25 years emphasizing local church reformation. He holds a Master's Degree of Divinity in Ministry, and is the active Chief Operations Officer of KINEO Ministry Training Center. His desire is for everyone he teaches to grasp the Kingdom priorities of the authority of God's Word and necessity of God's Holy Spirit.
